Tips for a Smooth Trip

Here are a few tips to make things even smoother:

  • Check flight updates: Stay in the loop by checking if your friend or family’s flight is on time via our Flight Information Page or by contacting their airline directly.
  • Allow time for luggage: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes after their flight lands to give them time to collect their luggage.
  • Extend your goodbye: Planning a longer farewell? Park in our Short-Term Car Park and enjoy the first 10 minutes free.

Accessible Options

An accessible drop-off zone is located kerbside at the northern end of the terminal, outside Departures. This zone is signed and available for passengers with accessibility needs. Please note that vehicles cannot be left unattended at any time.

If you need more time to drop-off or pick-up passengers, we offer free 1-hour Mobility Friendly parking in our short-term car park, just a short distance from the terminal. These spaces are painted green and marked with the "Mobility Friendly" sign. They do not require a disability permit. When leaving the car park, press the “Help” button and tell our parking team that you were using Mobility Friendly Parking. They will open the boom gate free-of-charge.
